The Taiji class is organized for enhancing the physical and mental well-being of participants. It helps to develop awareness of the body and acquire greater levels of balance, energy, strength and grounding.
Response for this 18-month course, based on the Yang-style Taiji Quan, always proved to be very overwhelming. The current 10th batch commences on 6 January 2009 and will end in July 2010
